TERMS OF PURCHASE

All programs sold on the website are owned by Better Dental Life LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“Company” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) are a contract between you and us and govern your purchase of the services, content and materials made available through the Program as accessed via our website. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have regarding our products, services or otherwise.

1. USE.
By purchasing a Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, just as if you had agreed to these Terms in writing.

2. ELIGIBILITY.

By purchasing any program sold by Better Dental Life LLC (“Program”), you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and have not been previously suspended or removed from accessing our programs or services. 

3. TERMS OF PURCHASE.

By purchasing a Program, you agree to the following terms:

Payment:

• Pricing and Payment Plans: The investment for each Program is outlined at the time of purchase. You may pay in full at the time of purchase or select an installment plan where offered. Installment plan details are provided at checkout and may vary by Program.
• Stripe Payments: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your order, you authorize Better Dental Life LLC to charge your designated payment method via Stripe. You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of access to the Program.

Refunds:

When you make a commitment to up level by working with us, we want to support you fully in that commitment. Therefore, there are no refunds and you agree that you will be responsible for the full investment regardless of whether you complete the program. Installment Payment Plans: If you select an installment payment plan, you grant us permission to automatically charge the applicable service fees to your designated payment method at the beginning of each applicable payment period until all payments have been completed. If you select an installment payment plan, you agree to keep your designated payment method information current, complete and accurate.

Valid Payment Methods:

We accept credit card payments. By submitting your order to purchase the Program, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your designated payment method and authorize us, or our designated payment processors, to charge your purchase to that method. If your payment method cannot be verified or is invalid, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Fulfillment:

• Access to Program Materials: Upon successful payment processing through Stripe, you will receive access to the Program materials as described in the Program’s details. Access may be delivered through a combination of online platforms, email, and other methods as specified by Better Dental Life LLC.
• Stripe Fulfillment Policy: Better Dental Life LLC adheres to Stripe’s fulfillment policy. This means we are committed to providing access to the Program promptly upon successful payment. However, Better Dental Life LLC is not responsible for any delays in access due to issues with payment processing, technical difficulties, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

4. THIRD-PARTY REFERRALS.

Better Dental Life LLC may provide links or references to third-party resources, products, or services for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third-party offerings. Your use of any third-party resources is at your own risk.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

The Program and all its contents, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, presentations, and other materials, are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All intellectual property rights are owned by Better Dental Life LLC.   

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the Program materials without the express written consent of Better Dental Life LLC.  

6. DISCLAIMER.

Better Dental Life LLC is committed to providing valuable educational programs. However, your success in achieving your goals depends on your individual effort, participation, and application of the information provided. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in any Program.

The Program does not provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the information presented in the Program.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETTER DENTAL LIFE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF BETTER DENTAL LIFE LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BETTER DENTAL LIFE LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PROGRAM.  

8. INDEMNIFICATION.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better Dental Life LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Program.  

9. TERMINATION.

Better Dental Life LLC may terminate your access to the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Lakeview, Oregon, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.  

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Better Dental Life LLC relating to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.  

12. SEVERABILITY.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. WAIVER.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and Better Dental Life LLC’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
