As an executive coach for dentists, I am a life coach that primarily works with dentists and other individuals in the dental profession. I help individuals to develop and enhance their leadership skills, career goals, and overall performance. Successful businesses start with successful leaders. As a dentist, you are not only the leader of your business – you are your business. It is more important than ever for you to be at the top of your game personally for your practice to thrive. My coaching starts with personal growth and development. I will help you to clarify your goals, identify your values and priorities, improve relationships, manage stress, and develop new habits and behaviors. I have been a practicing dentist for over 20 years. After graduating in 2000 from Creighton School of Dentistry, I attended an AEGD residency with the US Air Force. I practiced dentistry in the Air Force and at a public health clinic before buying my first practice in 2005. Over the years, I have purchased multiple dental practices. I have helped small practices grow into large practices. I have merged practices. I have hired associates and formed partnerships. I have expanded and remodeled dental spaces. I have built two stand-alone dental buildings. I have sold practices and joined a Dental Partnership Organization. Most recently, I have built a mentor program and I am currently mentoring and coaching new dentists at Crane Mountain Dental.
I have had successes and failures. I have made good decisions, and I have made mistakes. I have made decisions out of fear, marginalized
my potential, and made bold moves. Through it all, I have learned the value of coaching. As a certified life coach, I have the tools and experience to help you transform your life, transform your practice, and expand your income. As a practicing dentist, I have been through your challenges. I know what it’s like to make mistakes and lose money; I also know what it’s like to have successes and make a lot of money.
